Shirah was an absolute pleasure to work with. We put our house on the market while living with family out of state and I was so glad I could trust her to handle staging showings etc. in my absence. She was extremely responsive to calls/texts and always stayed on top of everything that needed to get done. Her whole "team" of family members pitched in with minor repairs around the house yard cleanup even junk removal! Her attention to detail seriously paid off and the house went for over asking with multiple offers. Shirah really went above and beyond to make the process of selling our house go smoothly and we are so thankful for her help!

Shirah went above and beyond in managing the sale of my current condo and purchase of a larger space. I felt like she was with me every step of the way looking out for my interests and keeping me on track and sane. A bonus is that her husband also provides exceptional handy man services at significant discount! Both of them came on moving day to do final repairs help me load up my car and bring a cleaner in. The next day Shirah had the condo staged photographed and listed. She made a personal video walking through the property and highlighting features and neighborhood interests. Condo was under contract in less than 4 days. Highly recommend!

My family was casually looking into buying a house in Arlington and were fortunate enough to meet Shirah when she showed her next-door neighbor's house. She had snacks and drinks which lured our seven-year-old son to the kitchen and opened up a conversation. Shirah asked us questions about what we were looking for and said she would like to work with us as our buying agent. This conversation changed our house hunting status from casual to official. Shirah always struck the right balance between taking the looking process slowly and then moving quickly when it was necessary to do so. I have known Shirah for over 25 years but have now seen her in action as our hard working relator! I had told Shirah I was in no hurry to buy a house and needed someone patient to work with. She said no pressure! Of course the first house we saw we wanted to buy. :) Despite both of us having a busy weekend (she was texted me during the intermission of her daughter's play) Shirah was ALWAYS available by text email and phone calls. She also advocated to get us a discount on our home inspection and home warranty. Buying a house in this market is EXTREMELY stressful. It was somewhat unusual to buy first and then sell and that added some complications but Shirah made it feel seamless.It was the selling of the house that was our home for 35 years where she really excelled.She patiently worked with us to understand and decide what needed to be added and upgraded in our house to ensure a successful sale. She also made sure the contractors did the work as requested within the time frame agreed on.She helped us with all the details like finding a decorator to advice on colors and fixtures and a staging company to present our former home to its best advantage.She was patient and understanding with us and got us asking price in a slowing market after only 10 days on the market. We never felt pressured to move faster than we were ready to or accept something we didn't understand.You can't ask for more.

Shirah was everything one wishes for in a real estate agent - tenacious patient kind knowledgable conscientious. She listens well and puts the client first. Shirah really saved the day for us! We were in a bit of a panic because our lease was suddenly terminated when our landlord needed the house back for a family member. While we are planning to buy in the near future we weren't sure if we were ready to make such an important decision in 6 weeks and she helped us navigate all our options. When we determined buying was too much pressure right now she showed us several rental homes that just weren't the right fit for us and she was always so flexible when I sent her more and more listings to go see. Luckily she found us a home to rent off the market during this very competitive rental and buyer market and brokered a deal between both parties. When we do decide to buy we will definitely use Shirah!
