Sean really knows his stuff and was great to work with. He isn't just trying for a quick sale, as so many DC Realtors do, but really listens to your concerns, discusses options, and while you may agree or disagree, he has your best interests at heart and understands his market. On top of all of this, as the seller, I had to move before closing...Sean was very helpful in dealing with the title company and others and managing the process for me. It went flawlessly and I was able to close from 3,000 miles away. And icing on the cake, Sean returned my cable modem to Xfinity for me - going the extra mile. I really appreciate Sean's professionalism and knowledge and would recommend him again and again.

Sean did a fantastic job with the sale of my house in April of 2010. He provided top-notch strategic advice as to exactly when to list the house for sale so that I could leverage the recent buyers' tax credit deadline to my advantage. The result: a higher price, faster sale and better negotiating position than if it had been listed earlier or later. My house was under contract in six days, and I received more for it than other comparable houses recently sold in my townhouse development. He also provided great advice as to staging the house to make it look its best; I almost didn't want to sell it once I saw how great it looked! 

I cannot give enough praise regarding Sean's services. My situation was unique and ever-changing, but Sean did not once portray any negativity - he was quite the opposite. Sean was very attentive to my needs, and gave the necessary attention to detail one expects from their Real Estate Agent. He  sent daily updates of the housing market, which guided my decision-making tremendously. Sean was very easy to work with, and also gave recommendations that ultimately secured my ability to purchase a home. If you asked Sean to retrieve information regarding a property, or perform any task, for that matter, he quickly produced results. There was never a time where I had to wait for Sean to initiate anything. It feels as if you are Sean's only client, even though that clearly is not the case. He does VERY well balancing his time and attention towards your needs. Without Sean, I would not be a homeowner. If you are looking for an amazing experience, you would be wise to choose Sean as your Agent. Hands down, he's the best Agent I've ever worked with.

Sean is a great realtor! He is patient, personable, and feels like a friend.
