Sabina was extremely attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to be available all hours to answer our questions, help us understand things like how the home buying process works and how to read (and process) inspection reports and home buying paperwork, and help us find the right professionals to work with (mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, etc.) every step of the way. She was able to negotiate tough items to our liking without having a lot of back and forth. Not to mention that she nailed our taste in homes and neighborhoods from the start, so we didn't have to waste any time looking at properties that didn't suit our needs or budget. Sabina was both my rental listing agent as well as the agent I used to subsequently sell the house, and she was an excellent agent that truly went above and beyond. Selling the house in particular was not an easy process. It involved both significant repair work before the listing as well as a difficult negotiation process with the ultimate buyer. Sabina coordinated all the repair work using her contacts, resulting in quality work done at good prices. Her guidance and hard work resulted in multiple offers less than a week after listing, and ultimately the house sold for $5,000 over asking. Getting to closing was tough, with more work and coordination needed, but we got there. Oh, and this was all in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Sabina went above and beyond for me and made the sales process as easy and stress-free as it possibly could be. If you need a realtor I strongly recommend her!

Not only did she sell our old house but she also found and negotiated our new house. She was not only professional but was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I purchased a house in Adamstown MD. We loved working with Sabina, from the start all the way to the end of the process. She was very knowledgeable, charismatic, had great energy, was always on top of everything and made us feel very comfortable at all times. She always had answers for all of our questions, but most importantly we always felt comfortable asking her the questions or talking with her about any doubts we might have had. She was extremely responsive, we were impressed even though we were hunting for our house during the holidays, she stayed on top of all of our needs, without dissapointing.. there was a few times I emailed her during the thanksgiving and Christmas week, not expecting an immediate answer, because I knew and understood she was spending time with family, so I would have been fine with getting a response a couple of days later but dedicated Sabina never made us wait. I would highly recommend Sabina to my family and friends, and if we ever need a real state agent in MD we will most def call Sabina no questions about it!

Sabina is the best! When making such a large purchase, Sabina makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, she was very attentive, honest and communicative. Her advice on the market trends were spot on and because of that, we were able to buy our first home. I would definitely recommend Sabina as a realtor.

We purchased and sold a number of properties over the years, but, by far , Sabina has been the best and most involved real estate agent we had. First she helped us rent a townhouse, after moving from NYC, and now she helped us purchase a property in Potomac. She is very knowledgeable in all the Montgomery County areas, knows the associated schools very well, plus-es and minus-es for each neighborhood, quickly identifies potential issues with a house and points them out to the client, and she is very skilled when it comes to the price negotiations. She definitely saved us a good amount of money, so, we highly recommend her for anyone that's interested in any kind of real estate services.

Without Sabina's help, we're not sure how we could have handled it. basically, she understood very well what we were looking for, and she was able to set up numerous relevant showings for us to see in just one day which we had available. She even offered to meet me at some of the options to help me with a walkthru, and also offered to complete the application paperwork for me. Since I was under a time crunch, I completed it myself, but I am so thankful for her expert help. I will be using her again when it is time to buy-hopefully in about a year!
