Julianne Whaylen is an expert in residential leasing and both residential and commercial property management. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Julianne worked for a high-end residential contractor as a project manager. That experience gave her the knowledge and expertise to be able to effectively lease and manage high end homes. She has been in the real estate industry since 2015, spending all of that time in Maryland. Julianne and her husband, Jason, love traveling, CrossFit, and enjoying sporting events with their three sons.
