Jordan Chronopoulos

Jordan is a native of Germantown, Maryland, with extensive knowledge of Montgomery County and the I-270 corridor. Obtaining his real estate license has allowed him to combine his passion for helping people and real estate investments. Construction has also been an integral part of Jordan's life, as his family has renovated hundreds of residential and commercial properties over the past twenty-five years. The close tie between Jordan's experience and expertise in real estate and his family's business allows him the unique ability to offer his clients much more than the simple transaction of just purchasing or selling a home, and it sets him apart from other realtors. He can quickly assess the overall offer or sale price in conjunction with other costs, such as maintenance and improvements, and make recommendations to maximize his client's overall investment.

Jordan Chronopoulos has achieved tremendous success early in his real estate career. He is knowledgeable, energetic, and personable — three traits that have allowed him to become one of DC’s rising stars. Jordan has always had an entrepreneurial bent. One of his family friends inspired him to give the real estate business a shot, and, in 2017, he got his license while still attending Montgomery College. After graduating in 2019, he dove into real estate full time. Over the past five years, Jordan has proven his capabilities in the real estate business. He’s a top 5% DC metro agent and is the youngest person ever on the Board of Directors for GCAAR. In 2020, he closed $10 million, and in 2021, his first year as a solo agent, he closed over $21 million. He was also named the 2021 GCAAR Rookie of the Year. Jordan’s family had been doing residential and commercial construction since he was born, and much of his childhood was spent on job sites. As a result, he is well-versed in the construction of homes as well as what it takes to complete a renovation. Perhaps even more importantly, he has the drive to outwork his peers. As Jordan looks ahead, he remains passionate about growing his business, serving his clients, and giving back to the community.
