Having begun his real estate career in 2006, German developed a real passion for the field by carefully studying the local housing market and becoming familiar with trends in the industry.  German has lived locally in the DC Metro area for over 25 years and currently lives in North Bethesda, Maryland with his wife.  As part of the RLAH team, seeing his clients satisfied with the purchase/sale of their home is what motivates him and allows him to sustain his passion for real estate.

German knew a lot about the area and was very accommodating to our schedule. He listened well to our preferences and feedback throughout walkthroughs and never put pressure on us to make a decision before we were ready. As for houses we weren't particularly impressed by, he never pushed us to stay longer than we wanted and also seemed to give honest feedback himself. He was very honest about recommending a house or not, and we appreciated the honesty. When we finally did find a house, he gave guidance about how to negotiate with the seller but left the final decisions up to us, which we appreciated; we never felt he was pushy or just trying to close the sale. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend working with German if you are in the MD area
